Furygan racers get back to business

A relatively quiet few weeks of racing came to end this weekend with five championships resuming across Europe. MotoGP and Moto2 continued from Brno in the Czech Republic, World Superbike and Supersport took place from Moscow in Russia and the British Superbike Championship made a return from Cadwell Park in Lincolnshire.

Zarco scores points at Indy

Johann Zarco scored more hard-earned points following a tough Moto2 race at Indianapolis yesterday. The Frenchman took part in another exciting battle as he did his best to claw his way from the middle of the busy pack further up into the points. Zarco spent practice getting used to worn tyres on his MotoBI machine and this paid dividends with the 22-year-old being able to run consistent lap times. He finished the race in 12th position, but was almost within striking distance of a top 10 finish. The experience has given the Team JiR rider more heart and further experience for the next race at Brno, next weekend.

The World Superbike and Supersport Championships continued in dramatic style from Silverstone in the UK this weekend, with Furygan’s Sam Lowes (WSS) and Maxime Berger (SBK) battling for points in wet conditions.
