Furygan-supported Michael Laverty secured his first victory of the 2011 British Superbike season today at the fourth round of the championship at Thruxton. The Swan Yamaha rider fought through the wet conditions to take the lead on lap eight, making it stick for the remainder of the race to take the victory.

Heroic ride from Furygan-supported Sam Lowes in World Supersport

The fourth round of the World Supersport Championship at Monza in Italy this weekend saw a heroic performance from injured Furygan rider Sam Lowes (Parkalgar Honda). The 20-year-old Brit rode through the pain barrier with a broken collarbone to secure fifth place in the race and seventh in the overall standings.

Furygan-rider Zarco on the third step at Jerez

Frenchman Johann Zarco came away from the second race of the 125cc World Championship at Jerez this weekend in third place. A thrilling race throughout got underway in damp, patchy conditions with all riders starting on wet tyres. It became much tougher with the rain becoming stronger midway through the race leading to many accidents.
